how deep should the water be for the soaking? I have been been putting my Sulcata in 80 degree water for 20-30 minutes ( depending if they are showing signs like, ok I am soooo
done here) but I am not sure how far up the shell I should go. I was just covering their legs and I saw a picture today of some babies about 1/4 way up their back shell.

it should be around where the top and bottom shell meet. That way they are always in the water but not drowning

Agree with the above. I soak in water about 95F. I do not have baby sulcatas, but my big guy likes it warmer, and my Russians and leopards all relax better in nice warm water.

Water should be 85-95 and I make the depth about halfway up their shell.
