Android Users: Your day is coming soon, I promise! You'll get the same functionality and new interface. There was just a small hiccup with the updating process. I want to make sure you don't have to download a NEW app, just update your existing app. Thanks for your patience!

Like the new app a lot! Looks great on iPhone 5.

The only problem I see is that on the home screen it shows as "Torto...Forum" because Tortoise is too long. It may look better as "Tort Forum." But this is a very minor concern.

Here you go. Again, this isn't really a big deal, but I'm a stickler for aesthetics and "Tort Forum" or "TortoiseForum" (if it fits without causing elipses... not sure on that one) looks much better than the current "Torto...Forum"

Things aren't normally this easy, BUT:
Apparently the Android app we use will also work with the Kindle Fire and can be uploaded to the Amazon App Store
I just submitted the app to Amazon for approval. I guess sometimes they can be very particular about whether or not they approve apps like ours but I will keep you all updated!

I have an android.

I signed in on my app after reading this and it looked the same. Will it prompt me to update, do it automatically or do I have to manually update it?

It should prompt you to update once the new version is published in the store

but it looks exactly the same. ?? would I be able to tell if it was different? I use it everyday...
