first one is wedelia, definitely do NOT feed

Hi Matt:

The spider plant is edible, but I don't recognize the bush.

Everywhere I've seen it has been listed as potentially dangerous for animals

In what respect, I'm not sure. Just because it's caused horses and ruminants to abort fetuses does not mean it's bad for tortoises. fescue can do the same thing, and its fine for tortoises.
