Are 3 in 1 bulbs good enough?

I just came across a 3 in 1 bulb for reptiles.
Heat, UVB and UVA bulbs. Are those just as good as having separate ones?

They can work for some circumstances, like adult Testudo for example, but they are not good for species that are prone to pyramiding, and they don't provide the night heat needed for tropical species.
