I have a big tree and I was wondering what kind of results people have gotten feeding them fig leaves as a major source of greens in their diet?

So that's what a fig leaf looks like. Very pretty. :)

After reading this thread a couple days ago, I plucked some leaves from the fig tree and toss them down for my Yellowfoots. I didn't stay there and watch them, but the next day the leaves were gone! Oh Boy! another food source!! I LOVE THIS FORUM!

I believe it was the day after I started this thread that I fed my baby cherryheads some fig leaves. They went to town on it.

Your fig tree is gigantic!. Mine is very small, but I get loads of figs. I never tried the leaves, but Pio loves the figs. Tomorrow I'll try a leave too. It's fruit day today....tomorrow is greens day.
