Anybody have a clue what this might be

I can’t seem to find the ID to this plant anywhere I live in southern Oregon and it is in mounds all over my backyard want to know if it is safe to feed thanks guys

Hmm, interesting. Do those buds ever flower and if so what color are they/what do they look like? They sort of look like a wild berry but I don’t think that can be right.

This is the first time I have seen flower buds on them just haven’t seen it bloom yet I will take a pick as soon as it does. I don’t think it’s a berry no thorns it’s stems are smooth it grows in low mounds

Not ragweed it looks sorta like vetch the leaves are individual.
