Any Idea What this Plant is ?

For the past 3 years a few of these have been popping up in the yard. I have been just pulling them up, but this year I let one mature to see what they are. The plant identification app hasn't given a correct answer. Before it started getting cold outside the leaves would fold closed at night but not now.

That's the one I've done a search on so far. Couldn't find if it will survive in my climate though, most are tropical plants but some can do fine in a colder environment. Also wondering where the original seeds came from. When the first one came up a couple years ago it looked like a peanut plant.starting to sprout.
