I was thinking female too....but not sure of age. the biggest is about 11 inches and the smallest is about 8 inches if that helps

If the carapace lengths are like you say, then they are almost certainly female.

All three females. We're not looking for tail size, more than we're looking at how close the cloaca is the the tip of the tail.
