Thank you, Yvonne G! If it turns out to be too tall, I should be able to take it apart and cut off about 10 to 12 inches from the top and re assemble it, doesn't look to be that hard and I have the tools to do it. I don't mind the extra height, besides potential basking light not heating the ground level properly, would there be any other concerns?

No need to cut it just add a drop ceiling and a front board . It would the same. Either way awesome deal
