This seems to work good,What I did was take a coconut fiber hanging planter and cut it, then wrapped it around a clay pot on the outside, then soaked it a couple minutes held it in place with a rubber band overnight, after it dried a little the rubber band was removed and it held it's shape.I think doing it this way will help keep the humidity up without the tortoise sitting in a moist soil over night, also my little fellows can be heard scratching at the clay pot which helps to keep the toenails trimmed. After it is in place a little water will keep the coconut fiber wet and the clay pot moist. I added one to the new enclosure that I am setting up for my little star tortoise, now he will have 5 different style hides to choose from.
