Aldabras are amazing. I miss getting to interact with the ones at my old job. I was fortunate enough to be their primary care giver. Someday maybe I will get to have one (or more than one) of my own.

Funny enough- one of the ones we had for a while was also named Al. He was 525lbs. Big boy. I heard that he was that size in the 70s when he showed up on paper. There are no records for him before that.

I agree they are amazing! I’ve only interacted with my little guy can only imagine how fun it’s going to be when he gets big.
