I DO NOT have possession of this animal. I am cross-posting this in hopes of someone adopting this guy and giving him a loving home.
This desert tortoise is available via the West Valley Animal Care and Control Center at (888) 452-7381. Ask for information about animal ID number A0962099.

I called on this little boy and was told I had to be a certified Rescue and have approval from State Fish and Game. I've emailed Cory (Spikethebest) regarding him.

The animal control officers are usually NOT well educated about DFG's regulations, and if you were to take in the blue copy of ANY of your tortoise's registration papers, you would probably be allowed to adopt this animal.
