I found the tortoise that have parasites.
Her stool are so loose
Full of moving very small cylindrical while worms. I saw it myself.
Now I know I have to treat her very soon.

You must treat all your tortoises, not just this one. Otherwise the problem will keep coming back.

I would keep the Egytians serparate from everyone else and even separate from each other. You said they are on antibiotics for what. Also, upper respiratory is very serious it can be airborne so it spreads very fast and easy. One species could live with it spread it to the rest of the herd and you will spend a lot of money,time, and still not save them. Do you have a vet? I used to work for a vet. We can help you out,but if you don't do something you might lose your herd.
