Hey all. So I've been noticing that Rover doesnt eat the food *by itself*. What I mean is that Rover rarely ever goes towards the food bowl and start eating, it's not due to its lack of appetite, as I anticipated, as when I put it near the food bowl, it starts devouring all the food in the food dish. I have no idea why this is so. Therefore, I'm seeking for you guys' help to perhaps give some explanations to this occurrence. Is it due to the winter? Has it grown lazy? Or anyother insights? I'd like to hear from you guys. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar issue a year or so with Ghost. I had to plop him in front of his dish before he'd start chowing down. I relocated his dish to a warmer side of the enclosure, and problem solved. Within a couple of days he started waiting on his dish every day at feeding time like clockwork.
