Thank you. He is 4 and has pyramiding. The person we got him from said he never watered him because he got enough from the grass. Is there any hope of his shell getting better
Yes and no, the old pyramiding will always be there . If you fix the humidity problems and give him soaks and water the new growth will come in smoother . Fix his diet add water and humidity you will be fine . Follow Tom's care information you can't go wrong .
I've been working really hard to get and keep the humidity at 80%. One side stays more humid than the other but Morla insists on spending most of the time in the less humid side which varies from about 40 to 60%... She does get soaks once or twice a day.. Should I be worried and change some things around or am I just a paranoid new mom?
I've only had her for around 2 1/2 months so no pyramiding as of yet but of course I want to do everything I can to prevent that from happening.. Should I add a humidifier? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I've already learned so much from the tf and willing to try anything to keep her smooth and healthy. Thanks in advance
