cb chelonians stars 037.JPGForstenii female #5 started digging test nests last month, and finally yesterday she constructed a suitable nest. One egg was deposited after about an hour.
Are there any other keepers of this turt;e?

The ova appears to be fertile, 10 days old.
1st forstenii of 2011 started hatching yesterday, it was deposited 9/24/2010, also from female #5.

Certainly, after ovulation, fertilization, oviposition, the egg is collected for incubation.

I have a small bale of I. forstenii. There has been no oviposition this year but I encountered an old ovoid ovum, obviously obfuscated.
