I have a friend that’s getting a sulcata tortoise. From what we have been told it’s a good bit older. My question is could a leopard tortoise that’s five years old and a Sulcata Live together in a large yard or where they fight?

I usually use eco-earth with the coconut fibers. What does everybody else use? I like the idea of bigger chunks because it would make less of a mess because she kicks it off of her table but I’m also afraid of her eating it

The regular red light bulbs I was using were burning out pretty quick, so I got one of the ceramic heat bulbs. I have seen the news before on tortoises in different situations but I was just going to get your opinion on them. I have attached a picture of the one that I purchased.
