What should the temps be for a 3 yr old Sulcata? Cool side and night temp?

The sulcata that I got last Tuesday hasn't went poop since I have got him. I soak him for 30 mins every day and he is eating good. What else can I do to help him go poop?

These white spots are on one of my baby pink bellied. What is it? What do I need to do? I thought maybe it was that she got up against the heater so I fixed it where she can't now but she has more spots.

Got this guy/girl tonight for free. The guy was moving and didn't want to take it with him. Thought it was crazy because he also had one that was 10 yrs old that he was taking with him. He said he was about 3 yrs old and he has had him for about 5 months.
