You can't get a tortoise out shell. Males have very long tail that wraps around , females have short tails. If you Google Egyptian tortoise male Vs. Female should see examples

Yes need more photos of bottom shell around tail to tell sex. Yes 100% Egyptian which are way rarer then Greeks.

We're are you located? In the United States those tortoises are very rare and breeders pay a lot for them.

I can see pictures now, to tell the sex I would need to see the bottom of shell and the tail, to determine the sex.
