Has anyone had a problem with laying down ant bait and birds eating it? I know this can't be good. I just baited about 7 fire ant hills today. I just looked outside and about 50 birds (crows) were eating the bait..... Is this going to kill them? Has anyone else had this issue before?

This grass is growing in our outdoor enclosure. It has tiny little purple flowers. I was told we had bahia (sp?) grass. I have seen him take a bite or two from the regular grass and hasn't noticed this patch of purple flowers yet.
