Thing is i never even wanted her to hibernate since she is still fairly young and an indoor tortoise. She kinda just started sleeping in the enclosure, i kept the light on and carried on soaking her and she would just sleep walk around. She stopped eating and there wasnt really anything i could do.
I have done the carrot soaks, and i dont know if it is just me but her eyes look a little better. Still cloudy but hopefully if i carry on they will look normal again. Thanks for all the help everyone, ill keep you updated.
Yeah i have cuttle bone, i sprinkle her food with vitamin powder and calcium occasionally, i take her outside all the time. Im not sure what i could possibly be doing wrong really. Id hate to think i was doing something wrong[emoji17]
Shes actually eating pretty good now, she misses the first few times but i was watching for a while and she ate all the food i put out for her. She seems to also see me when i walk up to the enclosure.
Thank you[emoji4] i live in the uk, it is summer and the temperature here has just drastically changed, its got quite hot. I did think that maybe had something do do with the long 'hibernation' because its been pretty cold up until till now.
This is her enclosure, i use an arcadia d3 100w bulb. It is around 30-32c under the light and the rest of the enclosure is room temp. I soak her every day for 20 minutes, she has a varied diet, every day is something different, i grow all her food. I spray the enclosure, humidity is always...
