    Lotion for shell...??

I've been reading all about Sulcatas over the last 6 months, and the other day I came across a lady who puts some type of lotion on her sulcatas shell to help with proper, smooth growth... Has anyone done this or even heard about it? If so, what type of lotion?

    Lump on neck.??

Here's another view of the lump. . I tried pulling it off with tweezers, but it's hard to get Pancake to keep her neck out . It feels hard when I do get ahold of the lump, but to no avail, it's still there.

Omg, make me nervous hurting her... I've had experience with ticks on my dogs, I don't think that's what it is, but I'll see about trying to get it off again and maybe take another pic if I can't get it..

    Lump on neck.??

It's actually raised, more than the picture shows. When I use the qtip, I could get it to lift up, but it was definitely inbedded in the skin..like a wart. I'll try to take a better picture tomorrow, if she let's me :) Maybe a bug bite...??

    Dark color around mouth?

This is Pancake..is the coloring normal around her mouth? It was like that when I got her, and it hasn't gone away.(2 months). The lady told me that she has been outside eating grass all day and that's why her mouth was dark like that. But couldn't that be a sign of mouth rot? :/
