    Unfortunately no....we waited for over 200 days...no luck. Turns out they weren't fertile. I didn't realize this is such a long, tedious process. Hoping she lays again!

    Well I have 4 eggs, in vermiculite in an incubator ...day 190...yellow foot tortoise eggs. Does anyone have any advice? I am thinking they aren't fertile...do I keep going or stop?? They have gotten darker...they don't really smell...the vermiculite had a slight odor but I wouldn't say they...

    Ok...Thank you so much! I was very careful about not turning the eggs from how they were buried ans marked the top lightly with a pencil....I appreciate your response. Fingers crossed!

    So my YF apparently laid 3 eggs a few days ago and I just found them last night. I put them in the incubator. Does anyone know if they will be viable? My guess is they were buried for 3 maybe 4 days before I found them....about 3" or so in cypress mulch, inside the house with heat lamps on...
