I need to say a very big thank you to @DoubleD1996! And @Maggie3fan . Paxton loves his fruit, vegetable, mushroom and lettuce mixture. He now gets his mix one day and protein the next. He wasn't eating enough veggies and fruit. However he seems to like this mixture a lot. Double D was helpful...

This mushroom popped up today in Paxton (desert box turtle's) enclosure. I pulled it out. Nothing was eaten off. Is it safe in case another pops up? Please let me know.

I bought this, from Amazon, for Paxton my desert box turtle, and I wanted to check to see if I should be concerned about feeding it to him. It does has a safety seal. I just wanted to check.

I got Paxton 1 year ago yesterday. When I received him, he weighed 15 grams... Today Paxton is 228 grams.. is that a "normal" box turtle weight gain in 1 year? I know they are all different but it seems like a lot. Still so cute 🥰
