Hello, I have a Asian minor Greek tortoise and I’m thinking about building it a new table, as my tortoise is growing! What size of table do I need for a adult Greek? And what kind of eatable plants can I put in the table for him to munch on?

Don't know what it looks like so I'm curious with the picture it's all over his shell? Just got him and don't k ow how owner was treating her please confirm if this is shell rot or not, I might just be paranoid!!
I am currently using this as my lighting it is 12" height right now is this good? Just got it and wondering about it? I am using it for my lbera Greek tortoise.
I want to know how a tortoise can get shell rot? How it looks? If there is any symptoms?
My tortoise doesn't have it, just want to know about it!

Hello I'm new to this forum and has helped me a ton already, this is my new baby Hermann tortoise which I got 3days ago. I have him in a large rubber maid container for temporary since Obie is still a baby, will be making a table once Obie is bigger!!
