Has anyone out there ever converted an indoor, closed chamber, enclosure into an out door enclosure?

Well its new to you guys. I finished this about 6 months ago buy never found the time to share until today.
The plan was to make two large tables for two large tort boxes. I ended up building and priming the tables and finishing only one box before I had to move to my new place.

Thoughts on Bioactive substrate systems.

I keep my young Redfoots on sphagnum moss. I keep it prety moist too. Not sure if this is what early shell rot looks like. I thought I'd ask just to be sure. she's been this way more or less since I got her.
I've had my three torts for a few months now. I've been taking measurments roughly every two weeks and I've found that my torts are actualy loosing weight.
