    Too Cold?

Will one night of cold temperatures harm a 7 year old? We live at 3,300 ft in SoCal. We had a power outage in the middle of the night and our temperatures got down to about 40 degrees. We usually keep his enclosures at around 75/80 in the winter. Will one night of cold temps do much harm?

    Greetings from Habanero

Ooops.......sorry! I got the name of the vet wrong! We went to Dr. Brothers in Highland, not Dr. Brown. Dr. Brothers is listed with the forum.

    Greetings from Habanero

This is our 3 1/2 year old (just a guess) sulcata, Habanero......Habby for short. I found him trying to cross the street as a wee little infant about 3 years ago. Knowing nothing about him at the time, aside from his being really stink'n cute, I brought him home and placed him in the tub with...

    Outdoor enclosure advice

Our sulcata is about 3 years old and he has gotten far too large to keep indoors any longer. We live in Yucaipa, CA, which is mid-way between LA and Palm Springs. The weather is acceptable for him year-round, except he needs a little help in the winter months. We've converted a rubbermaid...
