Thanks for the info and yes it's a open tort table and my torts will be outside as long as the weather permits. The light is only for the winter months.
I put this in my inside tortoise table but I think I'm allergic to it every time I go to the room where my tortoise is I become very itchy. My tortoise table is 5 by 6 ft is there anything else I could use that is reasonable that will hold moisture for my Russian tortoise.
My Russians don't like kale and they never touch the weeds I planted for them they just run them over. I feed them spring mix , broccoli, & grape leaves. They do like prickly pear but I only give every two weeks.
