I have to same problem only worse! I have the "circle of poo" the dogs follow the Tort around like their own personal PEZ dispenser and Shelly (Sulc Tort) will eat their poo in a second if she can find it. i swear I am constantly looking for poo! Trying to make sure thay don't find it first :(

Welcome we are also in Arizona, our Tort lives outside in the backyard but this will be her first Winter with us so I will be building her a Tort House with a Pig blanket for Warmth. Right now she is perfectly happy sleeping under the Landscaping bushes and enjoying the sprinkler system :)

So sorry to hear about your loss. We also live in Arizona. Our Sulcata roams the backyard freely. She made her home between 2 large bushes. We changed the sprinkler timer to come on 3 times a day in her bushes so that helps to keep her home wet and cool her off. Also when I see her out I turn on...

I keep my Sulcata Tort outside, she is about 2 years old, she has found a big bush and dug a shallow hole for sleeping. I added some extra sprinkler time to that bush to keep it nice and moist as we live in Arizona and Temps reach well over 115 at times. I also check regularly to insure that she...
