Yes, and the little why stuff is some shredded paper don't worry. (I keep him in a mix of shredded paper and coco coir)

Its ok to turn the heat lamp and uvb off at night, just make sure he gets a good amount of sunshine. My tortoise falls asleep in his food bowl sometimes. My sulcata sleeps with his back legs out and his front in, and he crams his face against the glass to sleep :D

Oh gosh that's disgusting. Ive caught my tortoise eating a cigarette :rolleyes: He likes to roam the neighbors yard, because its all weeds and roots.. Our yard is so nicely trimmed and green, he never wants to be in our yard.

Grossest thing ever: I found my sulcata eating DOG POOP outside.

Yes. Exactly. My tortoise is attracted to anything white. He'll eat the rocks and shells outside. He'll bite the house, he'll bite your white nail polish. They're so silly I just love them :D
