Thank you Yvonne for all of the info and photos. Heather is correct, it appears that it was a very old boxer that Chewed on him all night. The cracks in the carapace hairline but are everywhere. Some of the edges have been broken off but the soft tissue seems ok. The poor little guy looks awful...
As far as I know absolutely nothing has been done. They have no idea what to do with a tort to start with. My friend just happened to see this guy and flipped. Then text me photos. After some conversation I'm picking up in the morning.
We are picking this guy up in the morning from a friend of a friend. Apparently they found him, tried to keep him and their boxer thought he was a toy. His shell had color before the dog incident. Now it looks like he was bleached. How do I address this? Thank you in advance.
