Hercules my hatchling Ibera Greek is up for sale. I will be selling him for $165. If you are interested please message me :)
If want some extra supplies they are in my other thread. Just PM me about the extras they will bump up the price. I can't afford to provide the right home for him. He...
I've come to the conclusion that I'm not fit to be a tortoise owner. I feel someone else can take better care of my tortoise instead. It would be best for both, myself and tortoise.
He is a hatchling, no known diseases, no dehydration. Perfectly healthy. Slight pyramiding.
He comes with a number...
Yea it definitely is sad. I was at petsmart yesterday getting some Eco earth, of course I had to stop and see the tortoises. There was a hermanns, I'd say he was a juvenile, he was being kept in a ten gallon tank. Pyramiding showing, and some gross multi colored pellet food. Really felt bad for...
Not questioning that you actually bought him from a pet store, but I heard that it wasn't legal to sell turtles under 4 inches in a pet store. Maybe that's just for turtles and not torts. Although I've never seen hatchlings at the pet store. Anybody know what the legal size is in America? I...
I've tried all. I'm not home during the day so I can't pray it down. I'd rather have a fogger on a timer. It's not gonna be on all day just like every 35 minutes on the lowest setting, so I can make sure we don't have any URIs.
Pretty deep. But sense there is no way for drainage I could just see it getting gross and moldy so that's a no go on the rain, I'm just gonna get the fogger!
Ok so me and my brother are having an argument about band or theatre... Band is obviously better because it's like learning a new language and then transferring it to the instrument. I need another good argument because he is really good at arguing!!!!
And I need your opinion, band or theatre...
It's for my indoor enclosure, he's an ibera greek about 4.5 months old. I want to get it more humid more consistently. When I squirt down the enclosure i let it get up to about seventy percent humid, then it will fall to the thirties. I've tried a covered enclosure still isn't working. It's time...
My plants in my enclosure have really taken off ( more than expected! :) ) but these dumb texas bugs keep eating them!! I can't do anything right now because I really don't want to put a pesticide on it, and poison Hercules. Any suggestions? Here are some pictures of what these insects have been...
Not completely back to full health. Sleeping more than usual. But to today he ate. Really sucks though cause I don't think he was just cold under there. His body temperature must have dropped a lot because our sprinklers came on. Feeling so bad, I totally forgot about the sprinklers. :\ taking...
We found Hercules he was outside. We could not find him at all in his outdoor enclosure. He burrowed and stayed under ground all night. He must have been VERY cold! My parents found him about an hour and a half ago. He's warming up under a basking light. I haven't touched him. He's very...
He couldn't have gotten under the bricks because we put a barrier about four inches deep into the ground.I've seen a couple hawks very rarely. We've set up a basking light out there just in case he turns up tonight and can't get warm
We lock our fence. There's no way he could've gotten past the brick. Either he's way deep in the ground cause we tried to gentle dig up almost three to four inches and couldn't find him. Or something took him.mi don't know what could've, there's no big birds or cats. He should show up tomorrow...
