Urgent help please (has crushed shell)

This lovely tort was found by a friend by a main road. It is by far the worst break I have seen. We can not find a vet that knows reptiles who can help. What do we need to do? Please help me with what I need to do? After first aid we will try to take him to a specialist tomorrow.
