So I was thinking of putting a 40 gallon tank with two DBT's at my restaurant but I'm concern about breaking any health codes. I know a fish tank is not a violation but not sure about turtles. I tried researching the web but nothing I can go by. My restaurant is in Santa Fe Springs California...

He's still small, maybe a size of a tangerine but he smells like rotting fish :( His tank is clean. I have a good size filter in there. I feed him repto pellets and bloodworms. He's a tame active turtle and the only problem I have with him is that he stinks. Is that normal?
