If u want the dark red I would go with the ultramel or albino okeetee the hypo will be brighter then what u want if I had to choose one I would pick the albino though it may be brighter as a neonate it will fade to darker reds and oranges with white as an adult

Mine lives in a ten gallon and spends 80% of the time under the bedding only coming out on nights that he is fed on a 50 gallon would work but be unneeded for one btw I'd make sure to always feed outside of their enclosure to avoid impaction

I would never trust my puppy in even the same room as my tortoise I can't believe the dogs don't seem interested in it at all

I'm waiting to make one from an old plastic tub he had a round log hide but I took it out bc while running around he would try to climb over it and end up falling sometimes on his back and not be able to flip himself back over so until probably tmr but he likes to nap under his hay
