    RESCUED: MS. PIGGY

I usually don't follow these threads because bad outcomes bum me out for a couple of days... guess I'm just too sensitive. But once I saw those pics... ugh.... I can't help myself!! Please, please save Miss Piggy!! I'm praying for you and Maria and of course that precious tort. You're such...

    Hourglass Shape

OP... I had one lil guy that didn't want to be out of his hide either. Even when we go outside he looks for shade. So what I started doing was feeding them directly under the uvb light. They always get greens first and then their "fun" food be it mushrooms, zucchini, mazuri, or (gasp) banana...

Sigh. I keep telling Sully if he stops avoiding his fogger and eats his greens he will look just like his mama!! ;) Stonie, on the other hand, is well on her way! If my lil ones don't turn out to look like this... I have no one to blame but myself!! Good luck to me!

    Staying warm outside?

I have a small regular temp reader and then a large industrial infrared temp gun. They are equally accurate since they measure about the same (maybe the large one reads one degree cooler) so i have that covered. It doesn't have to be long term heat. I think even one hour of sunshine a day...

    Staying warm outside?

Hi guys... haven't been here in awhile but need an idea to solve my problem... My RF's are about 8 months old now and we go to the park everyday for sunshine. They don't have an outdoor enclosure. Now that the weather is turning chilly.. how to keep the munchkins warm? Here in SoCal we...

Help? Inside set up for baby yellow ft

Your baby is darling!! I have 2 RF's and I run the fogger 24/7. One of them sorta avoids the fogger but the other one LOVES it and I often see her (him?) relaxing right under it. That one has some reverse pyramiding and the one that avoids it is beginning to pyramid ever so slightly (might...

What vegetables can i not give to my redfoot?

I agree the pics are pretty cool. But their staples (collard, dandelion leaves, arugula, zucchini) are listed as moderation only. Hibiscus, pansies and aloe vera are listed as safe to feed but they turn up their lil red noses.

What vegetables can i not give to my redfoot?

Madkins did you write this google site? Tortoise table is much more restrictive... But i trust you if you say collard is okay as a redfoot staple. I have a finicky eater & thats his favorite.:) Sent from my DROID RAZR using TortForum mobile app
