    Shell issue. What's this.

When you say clean, are you meaning inside the wound or around the outside of the shell by it? Do you think I should put some kind of covering on it? Say, some kind of mesh to keep bugs out of it. What could have possibly done this? It looks clean cut.

    Living quarters?

That's my only concern is the winter temps. Maybe lining the walls with styrofoam and then spraying shotcrete on top of that, leaving the floor natural. The shotcrete would hear things up quite toasty. Still more research to be had. I may attempt an experimental one on a small scale to test...

    Living quarters?

Hello all, had a thought just now after looking up gardening ideas. First let me say Tom’s night houses are the bees knees. However, I’m always looking for ideas. I was reading up on a underground greenhouse called a Wanipini. It’s said to keep great temps in winter with just the day light...

    Ideas and thoughts needed. (fleas)

Hey Tom. Mainly for our other furry four legged friends comfort. I can cope but I hate seeing them not being able to relax. I've tried the nematodes before and the wife said we wasted our money since there wasn't any marked improvement. If I got the granules that kill fleas, since they are...

    Dry grassland tortoise food?

Hello all. Just a question. If your sulcata is big enough can you just give dry zgt. He eats dry mazuri but I thought I'd ask about the zgt. When wet he gets it everywhere and doesn't eat that much.
