Yes, the boxies will eat them as pupae and as a beetle. I saw a nutritional sheet at a pet store a few months back. Unfortunately I don't recall which was which but it stated that the mealworms have Xg of fat and Xg of protein but once they turn into a beetle, those amounts are the opposite...
I'd suggest the brand Foscam. It works wirelessly and you can watch online from a computer and also with the app in your phone. You can pan/tilt remotely and some have two-way speakers so you can talk to them ;-)

Yes, you can mix it all together. I usually prepare their food in 3-4 days batches. Moist Mazuri, Forest tortoise, spring mix, veggies and fruits all cut up and mixed together, that way they can't pick only their favorite ;-)
