For the first couple of weeks she would go into her hide in a little bit before her light turned off. As of late, she does not go to her hide she just goes to a side wall and buries herself a little bit (I mean like 1/4 of an inch into substrate) and calls it good. Should I be worried about...

Yesterday I added windows to Naiya's table. I just used plexiglass and velcro to attatch it to the wood. Pretty simple till I can get my hands on a router to get the inlay and make it flush. Now I just need to raise the shelf up a little bit and make it so we can see under it! Here are some...
I was just thinking to myself, down the road looking back, what will be the most memorable moments with my tortoise. This makes me look ahead, but for many of you this is in the past. What are those moments, if you'd care to share with us?
Do you think this would suffice for a basic UVB test? It is a Portable UV Checker Atmospheric Light Meter on amazon for 29 dollars plus shipping. If it works good then it is a good find I would think.

I hate to inform everyone of this unfortunate news but my baby, Athena, didn't make it. She didn't wake up this morning. I wish her the best in afterlife and the next life to come.
I just finished a new tortoise table for Athena today and I have a hygrometer now as well. Where would be the ideal placement for it? Here is a link to the new thread for the table:
