I was told by the breeder that it was 90% sure to be a female at the temperature he incubated the eggs, (Hermanns). is that about right? and what is the % accuracy for males at the lower temperature or is it about the same?

Hi, when I bought my baby Hermann from the breeder he gave me a list of food which included cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes etc all of which the tortoise table app says are toxic- which is right? Thanks
Hi, I would like to put some more slate into my tortoise table is it ok to use the slabs that have been sitting in my garden for years? if so what cleaning of them should I do first?

Hi, we bought our baby tortoise aged 6 months in early December, he has been fine until recently, he lives in a large tortoise table, has the UV lamp etc, log to hide in. everything we thought was correct. lately though he is coming out of his log hide for less and less time, until it is now...
