Any chance there is a map showing "where climate allows"? Something like the USDA hardiness zone map, but for tortoises instead of crops? If not, do you have an opinion on sulcata outdoor habitat in zone 6b, a little north of Philly? And, yes, we do currently have a foot of snow on the ground.
