His day is 31 c and night is 28c cold side at day 25c hes not been eating but assumed cause he’s so young it might be due to hibernation it’s a closed top vivarium it’s a uvb tube light 10% and a heat lamp all told by breeder

Hello my tortoise had been barley moving for two weeks I’ve came back today and he’s not moving at all he’s only 1 and I’m extremely nervous ie tried to bath him he’s just not moving

No it just means you can just pick any mess up with some paper towel instead of buying something specific

How long have you had him? I had the same after a month of owning mine he started to slow down during the day slightly but after a week he was back again I just made sure humidity was high and his temp was at a constant during the day and down at night to show routine!

Do you have to expand the substrate or does it come and you just put it in? If it’s very humid in her enclosure that’s were the attractions lies!

For a dry head personally I put so warm water on a cotton pad and just let his head soak

If she isn’t acting differently or seeming agitated I would say there fruit flys just make sure all old food is clean.

Can you see them in the water bowl, do you have any wood they might be common bugs? What type of enclosure is he in?
