    Hi everyone! Rèmy is a bit over a year now and I've been wondering if he is actually a she. What do you guys think? Looking at the cloaca it's definitely asterisk shaped, but also it's a young tortoise still. Please share your thoughts. ??????

    Hii!!! If you are referring to the white rings/parts around the shell, that is normal, it is a growth ring ♥ The wide part at the lower skutes is normal as well, some HT will get it it's like a "skirt" haha!

    Thank you!!!!!!!! The results are that he has osteoarthritis due wrong habitat and feeding when he was born, but I need to feed him some extra calcium with D3 every day and I have the right husbandry so the condition should not worsen!

    How do you guys keep the water of the tortoise's bath warm enough for 20 to 30 mins? Do you bathe them in the sink without the plug with warm water running? I personally monitor the warmth in the bath bowl and switch it to a new warm water when it's too cold.
