In episode 28 " They're off and running " of Gilligans island they are having "turtle races". I'm just curious what kind of tortoise they are using if anyone knows?
I'm getting ready to get my first sulcata and plan on growing as much food as I possibly can. I looked at the tortoise table.org and see there is just so many options and it made me wander.

I'm looking into getting a sulcata hatchling and have been trying to decide on a good enclosure to start it out in. My goal is to move it outside into a yard built enclosure when I can and as a hatchling take it out for sun when possible, but it'll be inside while it's young.

Be been looking into getting a leopard or sulcata for several months now and have decided on getting a leopard tortoise.
I do eventually want a sulcata but I just think its better to wait on That till I can dedicate a very large piece of land to it.
