Can anyone please help and tell me what the pink marks around his ear are? And if it’s anything to worry about? He’s still very active and eating but just concerned as They haven't always been like that
Thanks
- this is in reply to the removal of the hay and lather enclosure comment you left on my other thread. Just thought this relates more to his health.
Thank you, we have removed the hay now. Unfortunately that is the biggest we can go right now (we recently upgraded to this one after the one...
Thank you so much. I feel this forum has been very helpful already. I have read through the information you provided and we have gone with the orchid bark. We have ordered some coco coir to mix in with where he sleeps but in the meantime have popped some hay down so it’s comfy for him. This is...

He hasn’t fell off...
We are hoping to move out next year and buy a larger viv. These are the dimensions of the largest one I’ve found currently: (cm): Width 115, Depth 49, Height 50. I’m struggling to find any larger than this one, but would prefer it bigger.
We wouldn’t be able to have a tortoise table as we also...
Hi Everyone,
I posted in this forum a few months ago asking for help about Franks shell starting to pyramid. We took all the advice everyone suggested - so thank you!
He is a 2 year old hermann tortoise and now has an orchid bark substrate which we keep humid by spraying it with water. We also...
