Just curious what these spots are? I know that’s where the yolk sak so maybe it’s left over from that..adding some other photos of his shell as well. He ( or she) is a little over a months old.

I Hi all!! Is this considered basking? The slate is currently 103. The temp of his shell is 94 ( per the temp gun) I mean he’s still in the heat but he never gets right under the basking lamp.
