No she's always been in a freshwater setup. The breeder I got her from also keeps his turtles in freshwater setups.

I was feeding my male.diamondback terrapin today and I noticed a white dot above his eye. I took him out and took a closer look under the light. It looks like a group of pimples. They are around the same position on both of his eyes. Anyone seen this before or know what it is?

I was under the impression that the scute pieces would shed in complete pieces and not in small pieces like this. Thank you.

Hi, I noticed that pieces of plastron seem to have peeled off or damaged on my diamond back terrapin. I'm not sure if it is something I should be worked about or if he is starting to shed. I have attached a picture.
