Hello, I have a 2 year old sulcata tortoise. Recently, I noticed that his/her shell has been curving inwards. This was never a problem before and I am quite worried. Could this be because of his/her diet or maybe humidity?

Hey, my tortoise has a warmer basking area and access to sunshine. However, I think insufficient sunshine may be the problem so I will let her bathe in the sun more often. Thank you!
Thank you for the reply, I will raise her temperatures until she gets better and give her warm calcium soaks every other day. She was well on the way to full recovery before so I’m sure she will recover quickly again!
Hello! Her temps are normally 27 degrees Celsius and up during the day, and around 30 at night. Her nostrils are clear but some bubbles can be seen occasionally. Thank you so much! ☺️

I’ll send some more pictures as soon as possible. I’ll check out the roach motels! I was actually thinking about using those but I’m scared that my tort might go poking around. Thank you for all your helpful advice!
Hello! Yes it is very disgusting?. Roaches in Hong Kong are pretty common but they’re not everywhere. Thank you for your reply! Ill try cleaning out his entire tank to see what happens to the roaches.
Hi everyone! I was wondering if it’s normal to have loads and loads of bugs in my tortoise’s enclosure. During the night, they eat his pellet (I give him new ones after) and they’re everywhere! Behind the walls, on the top etc. How do I get rid of them?!? Madness. As you can see in the picture...
