sounds like you and your dad have done a lot for Clover for 3 years. I am not a Sucata mom but the ones I have met seem friendly and sweet to me. Florida USA is a popular place for these big guys. Good luck!!!

This pic reminds me of what I saw yesterday on the rear chute of my 4 month Red footed named Flash except he is not missing a chute. There was a tiny split down the middle of that chute. Will try to get a pic since I do not know enuff about tort anatomy to even know if it is abnormal.

Thankyou for taking him in and giving him tender care. I agree on the soaking. Not only great for his health, cleans them out and energizes them.I wonder if Soaking also makes them feel better than anything else we do with and for them

great question. I considered a 2x4 but decided he needs something bigger. He is 4 months old and a bit over 4 inches .the harder part will be outside because I need to know so much more.. that includes size of tortoise, types of fencing and height that will keep him in . We live in FL
