Thanks for your help. I read your response to Chuck21570 as being "Thrifty" and buying the fluorescent fixture at Walmart, good idea !! Does the 10.0 fluorescent require a specific ballast to fire it ??

I was planning on using porcelain fixtures mounted on enclosure top.............. what type of bulbs ( I've seen 3 bulb and 2 bulb setups) getting a tad confused as to what is needed and why.

I'm looking at the Russians, as they are the only only ones that I can afford, buying out of Cleveland, this area I am in has only the big box stores, all the good Mom & Pop stores are gone. I will have to find the breeder area and see who is selling the Russians. I look forward to chatting more...
